Andrew Kim of Leadership House has started a project to raise funds for First Year Programs & Learning Communities through UConn Ignite. Ignite is a crowd funding program that allows students to engage in philanthropy and raise funds to support a cause at UConn. Groups can earn a portion of a $27,000 donation prize for their project based on different criteria, including total number of donors and funds raised (prize donated by alumni Dave Barton ’67 and Adam Schwartz ’97).
