NRC FYE Conference: 2014 Outstanding First-Year Student Advocates Award Recipients

This prestigious award is given to a select few, from thousands of nominees nation-wide. FYP&LC at “Ignite Day” in Student Union, March 5th

This Wednesday, March 5th from 10AM to 3:00PM, the First Year Programs & Learning Communities Ignite team will be tabling in the Student Union as a part of “Ignite Day.” The FYP&LC team is competing in the Ignite program to raise funds to support first year study abroad programs, UConn Connects scholarships, LC field trips and activities as well as summer training and undergraduate research.

Help the FYP&LC team win the top prize of $10,000 by donating $5 or more, it is the quantity of donations, not their individual amount, that help towards this goal. There will be food, giveaways and entertainment. Donations can be made by cash, card, or check. You can also donate online and find more information HERE.
